The difference is that Birdfy Bath Pro with Stand features an additional pole and stand, allowing it to be elevated and easily placed directly on the ground.

A fountain in your birdbath helps attract more birds, keeps the water fresh by circulating it, and adds beauty to your garden. The fountain in the Birdfy Bath Pro is solar-powered, so there’s no need for electrical connections, making it easy and convenient for outdoor use.

No, the fountain operates on solar power and does not have a battery.

7. How do I watch birds on my phone?

Once your camera is connected to the Birdfy app, you can watch the bird buffet right from your phone! The Birdfy app is free to download and offers live streaming, auto-recorded clips, instant alerts, and even monthly visitor recaps - all for free!

AI Bird Recognition service requires a subscription or a one-time payment.

8. What will I receive through my Birdfy app?

You will receive both a wide-angle and a portrait video, along with a few wide-angle photos and higher-resolution, square-shaped portrait photos.

9. Are there other ways to mount the birdbath, like on the wall or deck?

At this time, the Birdfy Bath Pro is designed to be used with its stand only - we don't currently offer wall or deck mounting alternatives. We appreciate your interest in different installation options and will share this feedback with our product development team for future consideration.

10. Will water splashing on the lens and affect the quality of the image?

The Birdfy Bath Pro features a hydrophobic shell that protects the upper lens from water splashing. This special coating helps prevent water droplets from accumulating and keeps your view clear. While this significantly reduces water-related issues, we recommend occasional lens cleaning to ensure the best image quality. We're constantly working on improving our design to enhance your birdwatching experience.

11. Can the Birdfy Bath Pro be used in rainy or snowy weather?

The Birdfy Bath Pro camera is designed to be weather-resistant, operating in temperatures from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C) and featuring an IP66 waterproof rating to withstand rain. But to prevent the water from freezing, we recommend using the bath in temperatures above 32°F (0°C). We are also developing accessories, like a de-icer, to enhance your birdwatching experience in all seasons.

12. How to pair the Birdfy Bath Pro camera with the Birdfy app?

Ensure your device is fully charged before starting the pairing process. Download the latest version of the Birdfy app from the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, create an account, select 'Add Device' on the home page, choose Birdfy Bath Pro, and follow the in-app instructions to pair your device.

Please make sure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

13. Does the Birdfy Bath Pro camera require Wi-Fi or network cables?

It connects via Wi-Fi, specifically on the 2.4GHz frequency. Why 2.4GHz? Compared to 5GHz, it offers a wider range and stronger signal through walls, making it ideal for outdoor use. This frequency is a common standard for most security cameras and smart devices, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.

14. How do I insert a microSD card into the camera of Birdfy Bath Pro? How do I remove it?

There is no card slot and microSD card is not supported.
