Protect the Antenna
Here are two ways to secure your Birdfy Feeder antenna and protect it from potential damage caused by squirrels, raccoons, and other wildlife:
- 1 * Zip tie:
- Take a zip tie and thread the end that looks like an actual tie through the square notch on the back of the tie. Tighten it slightly to create a large circle.
- Unbuckle the roof of the feeder and loop the zip tie around the antenna, placing it on the protrusion on the back of the feeder body. Rotate the roof back into place and buckle it up.
- Tighten the zip tie to ensure a secure fit.
- 1 * Zip tie + 1 * Adhesive mount:
- Apply an adhesive mount to the back of the feeder body.
