Assemble Your Birdfy Nest Cedar

1. The Birdfy Nest Cedar comes with a pre-installed predator guard. The package also includes two additional predator guards in different sizes. To replace the current guard, simply unscrew it and install the new one. For details on predator guard sizes and the bird species they are suitable for, refer to the Birdhouse Tips.
2. Slide the mesh floor into the birdhouse through the slot at the bottom. Ensure that the notched side faces inward.
3. With the charging port facing inward, slide the camera onto the bracket inside the birdhouse. Then, secure the antenna with the clips.
4. Optional: you can set up the included solar panel to keep the camera charged. Locate the triangular hole at the corner of the birdhouse. Insert the solar panel cable through this hole so the cable passes into the interior of the birdhouse. Connect the cable to the camera.

Mount Your Birdfy Nest Cedar on a Wall

1. Use the provided drill template to mark the locations of the holes, then use an electric drill (15/64", 6mm) to drill four holes.
2. Drive the provided plastic anchors into the holes. Skip this step if you are mounting on wood. Next, fasten the hanging bracket on the wall using the screws.
3. Align the mounting bracket on the back of the birdhouse with the hanging bracket, then hang the birdhouse securely on the wall.

Mount Your Birdfy Nest Cedar on a Pole

1. Loosen the hose clip by turning the handle counterclockwise.
2. Slide the hose clip through the slots of the hanging bracket.
3. Align the bracket with the pole and secure it to the pole by tightening the hose clip.
4. Align the mounting bracket located at the back of the birdhouse with the hanging bracket, then securely hang the birdhouse on the pole.

Mount Your Birdfy Nest Cedar on a Tree

1. Slide the strap through the slots of the hanging bracket.
2. Wrap the strap around the tree.
3. Align the mounting bracket located at the back of the birdhouse with the hanging bracket, then securely hang the birdhouse on the tree.

Disassemble and Clean Your Birdfy Nest Cedar

1. Detach the antenna from the clips.
2. Remove the camera from the camera bracket.
3. Disconnect the camera from the solar panel.
4. Clear out any remaining nesting materials and remove the mesh floor.
5. Use a brush and water to thoroughly clean each component.

Reboot Your Birdfy Nest Cedar

If your camera goes offline or fails to stream, try the following steps:

1. Disconnect the camera from the solar panel or charger.
2. Use the included ejector pin to poke and press the reboot hole for 1 second to shut down the camera completely.
3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the camera.
