1. Why doesn't my fountain work when there is sunlight?

Thank you for asking about your fountain. Let's help troubleshoot the issue:

To get your fountain working properly, please check:

1. Solar Power: Your pump needs direct sunlight to generate enough power. Make sure the solar panel isn't shaded or blocked.
2. Water Level: The pump requires sufficient water to function. Check that the water level is adequate - if it's too low, the pump won't work even with proper sunlight.

To fix this:

• Add water if the level is low
• Reposition the bath if needed to receive more direct sunlight

2. How to troubleshoot water leakage problems?

1. Check the hole in the middle of the basin to see if there is a sealing ring.

2. Flip the basin over to check if the fountain is tightened properly. If not, please tighten it firmly with more force.
