Troubleshooting
I. General
II. Exclusive
1. Why can't the device scan the QR code on my phone?
- Camera Not in Wi-Fi Configuration Mode
- Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
- Then, double-press the power button to enter Wi-Fi configuration mode (blue light should be flashing).
- Camera Lens is Dirty
- First, remove the plastic protective film (if still attached).
- Gently clean the lens if it’s dirty, avoiding fingerprints or smudges.
- Camera Cannot Focus
- Slowly move your phone closer or farther from the camera to help it focus.
- Make sure you're scanning the QR code in moderate lighting (not too dark or too bright).
2. Why the SD card function was cancelled?
- The SD card is prone to damage, which may lead to data loss. Due to the capacity limitation of the SD card, the storage time is less than 30 days.
- The free cloud storage service can store data for 30 days. The stored content is the same as that of the SD card, and there is no problem of data loss caused by SD card damage. Therefore, we strongly recommend using cloud storage.
- The BIrdfy Feeder newly purchased by an old customer does not have the SD function, three months of advanced cloud storage service will be provided as compensation.
