1. Why can't the device scan the QR code on my phone?

1. Camera Not in Wi-Fi Configuration Mode
   1. Turn on the camera by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
   2. Then, double-press the power button to enter Wi-Fi configuration mode (blue light should be flashing).
2. Camera Lens is Dirty
   1. First, remove the plastic protective film (if still attached).
   2. Gently clean the lens if it’s dirty, avoiding fingerprints or smudges.
3. Camera Cannot Focus
   1. Slowly move your phone closer or farther from the camera to help it focus.
   2. Make sure you're scanning the QR code in moderate lighting (not too dark or too bright).
